Our Mission

To preserve the horse's cultural significance and to advance equestrian sports on its terms.

We aim to raise awareness, share knowledge, increase understanding, and foster debate about horse welfare. The foundation will work to ensure that well-proven experience and current research have increased practical significance for the horse's well-being, sustainability, and performance.

The foundation will organize seminars and clinics, providing a platform for the equestrian community to come together and engage in meaningful discussions on important matters concerning the welfare of horses. Additionally, we will actively publish and share articles and books that cover a range of topics related to horse welfare and equestrian sports. As part of our mission, we strive to expand the knowledge base and highlight important topics such as:

  1. The positive impact of improved training methods on horse sport
Exploring how innovative approaches to training can enhance the performance and well-being of horses.
  2. Advancements in equine care and welfare
Promoting research and innovation that contribute to better horse management practices, including nutrition, veterinary care, breeding, hoof health, and overall well-being.
  3. Educational initiatives for equestrians
Highlight programs or organizations that aim to educate riders, trainers, owners, or caretakers about best practices regarding horse handling techniques, safety protocols, ethical considerations, and responsible ownership.
  4. Emerging technologies in equine research
Exploring the role of technology (such as motion sensors or wearable devices) in monitoring a horse's performance metrics and health indicators while facilitating data-driven decision-making for trainers, riders, grooms, and veterinarians.
